Parish Councillors have been in receipt of a number of abusive phone calls of late.
Parish Councillors are unpaid volunteers who strive as individuals and as a collective body to always act in the best interests of the village and parishioners.
If any member of the public has issues or comments, they wish to raise with Old Hunstanton Parish Council please do so via official communication channels, namely, by communicating with the parish clerk or putting questions and/or comments to the parish council in the ‘Public Participation’ item on the agenda of the monthly meeting, which members of the public are welcome to attend.
It is completely unacceptable for members of the public to make abusive phone calls to Parish Councillors.
Please note that the making of malicious, abusive, or threatening phone calls is a criminal offence.
Old Hunstanton Parish Council will report any such further abusive phone calls made to any of its members to the Police.

February 2024: Traffic Regulation Order for proposed seasonal parking restrictions:
The Parish Council is responsible for the general upkeep of the parish and the play area. We respond to planning applications although these are the responsibility of the Borough Council.
The Annual Parish Meeting will be on the 16th of May 2024 from 6.00pm, followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting at the Village Hall - all welcome.
